2 Application of the general terms of sale
Acceptance of the General Terms of Sale implies full implementation. They apply to each registered order on the site BrandsMall.shop (and Branches). The General Terms of Sale constitute the contract between Creative Concepts Hellas SA and the Customer. The Customer refuses to invoke a contradiction in the entire text, which will be binding on Creative Concepts Hellas SA.
These general terms and conditions of sale may be modified, but any order placed by the Customer shall be subject to the terms stated on the date the order was placed on the site . Changes in terms of sale are binding on the users of the website after their posting on the internet, and do not relate to past transactions.
Every user of the site must respect the general terms of sale.

These general terms do not apply to pricing, payment methods and payment control, trust and gift vouchers , delivery method, product return policy. Each Affiliate has its own terms. 3 Validity of the offer
Sales are reserved for customers who have a shipping address in Greece.
The products displayed on the website are available until stocks are exhausted.

4 Presentation of the products

5 Create an account
The Customer must create a customer account before making his first order. 6 Product price

7 Order and secure payment
7.1: Payment
The customer validates his order as outlined below. This validation implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale of BrandsMall.shop (and its subsidiaries) and its Partner (s) if there is one or more Partner Products. The customer who is interested in a product on BrandsMall.shop (and branches) follows the following procedure to complete his order.
– Choose the size and color
– In the cart, check the order details (color, quantity, size, price, etc …) with the ability to modify, add or delete some products.

7.2: Payment

12 Liability

Therefore, BrandsMall.shop (and branches) is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the use of the internet, and that is as foreign to the care and attention BrandsMall.shop (and branches). 15 Competitions

The lowest price guarantee process

20 Mediation
If a dispute arises, each customer may send a written request to BrandsMall.shop (and branches), which will do the best to resolve it. If the friendly resolution attempt fails, an ombudsman must be referred within one year of the friendly complaint.
