2 Application of the general terms of sale

Acceptance of the General Terms of Sale implies full implementation. They apply to each registered order on the site (and Branches). The General Terms of Sale constitute the contract between Creative Concepts Hellas SA and the Customer. The Customer refuses to invoke a contradiction in the entire text, which will be binding on Creative Concepts Hellas SA.

These general terms and conditions of sale may be modified, but any order placed by the Customer shall be subject to the terms stated on the date the order was placed on the site . Changes in terms of sale are binding on the users of the website after their posting on the internet, and do not relate to past transactions.

Every user of the site must respect the general terms of sale.

These general terms do not apply to pricing, payment methods and payment control, trust and gift vouchers , delivery method, product return policy. Each Affiliate has its own terms. 3 Validity of the offer

Sales are reserved for customers who have a shipping address in Greece.
The products displayed on the website are available until stocks are exhausted.
That’s it (and Branches) is committed to notify the Customer by email that it has placed an order with a product not available. In the case of a credit or proof of order with an unavailable product, (and branches) is committed to proposing a product replacement or refund to the Customer within 15 days. The order has been automatically canceled.

4 Presentation of the products

The products available for sale are described and presented in the most detailed manner possible. The Customer is bound to know the description of each product in order to know its properties and key features. The Customer undertakes to be informed before the order entry. The selection and purchase of a Product is the sole responsibility of the Customer.

5 Create an account

The Customer must create a customer account before making his first order. You will need to complete the registration form, including the following information: email address, last name, name, gender, date of birth, complete delivery address, telephone number. 6 Product price

Prices are in euro, including all taxes for Greece and Cyprus, except shipping costs. Prices are calculated based on any discounts made available by the site (and branches). 7 Order and secure payment

7.1: Payment

The customer validates his order as outlined below. This validation implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale of (and its subsidiaries) and its Partner (s) if there is one or more Partner Products. – Choose the size and color

  • Payment by credit
    Payment by credit is possible. The Customer will have to notify the discount number on the coupon number. If the amount of the order exceeds the amount of the credit, the Customer must complete the payment in other ways. If the amount of the order is less than the amount of the credit, the Customer may use the balance for a subsequent order within the credit period.

7.3: Payment Error

The (and branches) reserves the right to refuse delivery or order realization by Customer who has not paid all or part of the previous order of payment or in which pending risk of fraud.

7.4: Confirmation of payments

7.5: Payment security

11 Procedures concerning parcels not delivered by the shipping services

12 Liability

Κατά τη διαδικασία επιστροφής μπορεί να πραγματοποιηθεί είτε πίστωση του λογαριασμού σας για νέα ή μελλοντική αγορά , είτε επιστροφή χρημάτων προς εσάς.

Στη περίπτωση αλλαγής με άλλο προϊόν:
